Pine Mango Twist
Ingredients:
Crushed ice or ice cubes
25 ml dry gin (1 tot)
15 ml lemon Juice
100 ml pineapple pulp (crushed pineapple) – optional
50 ml coconut milk
120 ml Magalies 12% Pineapple and Mango fruit drink concentrate
100 ml water (sparkling or still)
Method:
Mix together in a blender
Pour in a cocktail glass
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and mango slice
For extra indulgence add 50 ml of coconut cream before blending
GIN-uinely refreshing!
